Pacvue Alternative: Shurq vs Pacvue for Amazon Sellers

Looking for a Pacvue alternative? Pacvue fits enterprise brands, agencies and 1P vendors running retail media across Amazon, Walmart, Target and 100+ retailers, with DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud in one platform. It publishes no prices. Shurq fits Amazon sellers who want self-serve PPC automation and hourly profit per product for $200 a month.

Pacvue calls itself an AI-powered Commerce Media OS and sells through demos. Shurq is self-serve software that ties Amazon PPC automation to profit after fees and product costs, updated hourly. Every Pacvue fact here comes from Pacvue's own site.

Enterprise commerce media platform

What is Pacvue today, and who is it built for?

Pacvue is an active product with a current site and newsroom. It was founded in 2018, and in March 2023 its parent company, Assembly, took on the Pacvue name. Helium 10 is part of the same company: Pacvue describes Helium 10 as its solution for small and mid-sized businesses, and serves enterprise brands and agencies itself.

Pacvue's Amazon page pitches it to brands and agencies growing sales at enterprise scale, and its strengths follow: one console for Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud, bids and budgets that react to Buy Box, inventory and price, and Vendor Central recovery of shortages, chargebacks and co-op overbilling for 1P vendors. In June 2026 it launched Pacvue Prism, which adds search, programmatic, social, shoppable and conversational ad formats for enterprise brands and agencies.

Pacvue has no public pricing page. Its demo form asks for your annual ad budget, in bands from less than $100K to more than $3 million, but the site does not say what any band pays.

Why do Amazon sellers look for a Pacvue alternative?

Pacvue is a broad platform. A narrower Amazon tool can fit better when:

  • You sell on Amazon only, so cross-retailer media management is capacity you would not use.
  • You want to see a price and start a free trial before you talk to sales.
  • You sell through Seller Central and want profit after Amazon fees, ad spend and product costs, by product and by hour, next to your ad data.
  • You want to manage Amazon ads from Claude or another AI assistant, with write actions you confirm first.

Does Pacvue support hourly dayparting?

Yes. Pacvue's Amazon Marketing Stream integration added hourly trend reports and dayparting with suggested schedules, and its Amazon page lists dayparting, Marketing Stream data and placement modifiers among its optimization tools. Shurq builds dayparting from hourly Amazon data on Shurq Pro, with no ad spend threshold.

What does Shurq do instead?

Shurq Pro covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display wherever Amazon offers them in the 21 Amazon marketplaces Shurq supports: bid optimization, custom rules, keyword harvesting, negative keyword suggestions and Workflows rules, placement edits and dayparting built from hourly Amazon data.

It reports profit hourly, per product and per marketplace, with COGS import and 540 days of history. It also tracks keyword rank (up to 9,000 keywords, 90 of them hourly), runs Market IQ reverse-ASIN lookups, and includes Shurq AI chat and an MCP server for Claude and other AI assistants.

When is Pacvue the better choice?

  • You advertise on Walmart, Target, Instacart or other retail media networks and want them managed with Amazon in one place.
  • You buy Amazon DSP or build Amazon Marketing Cloud queries and audiences.
  • You sell to Amazon as a 1P vendor and need help disputing shortages, chargebacks, price claims and co-op overbilling.
  • You want social, programmatic and newer ad formats planned alongside retail media, which is what Pacvue Prism is for.
  • You want your commerce data fed into Snowflake or BigQuery through Pacvue's Data-as-a-Service.

How do you switch from Pacvue to Shurq?

Your campaigns live in your Amazon Ads account, not in either tool, so you do not rebuild them. Connect Seller Central and Amazon Ads to Shurq, add your product costs so profit is correct, and set targets before you turn on any automation.

Never let two tools change bids on the same campaigns: turn off Pacvue rules and dayparting wherever Shurq takes over, and export the reports you want to keep. Shurq does not cover DSP or AMC, so that work needs another home.

Frequently asked questions about Shurq vs Pacvue

What is the best Pacvue alternative for Amazon sellers?

It depends on what you use Pacvue for. For Amazon-only sellers who want PPC automation tied to hourly profit, Shurq covers that for $200 a month with a 30-day free trial. If you need other retailers, Amazon DSP or AMC, Pacvue or another cross-retailer platform still fits better.

How much does Pacvue cost?

Pacvue does not publish prices. On 3 October 2026, pacvue.com/pricing returned a page-not-found error and the site asked visitors to book a demo. Shurq Pro is $200 a month, with 1 connected Amazon account included and extra accounts at $50 a month each.

Is Pacvue the same company as Helium 10?

Yes. Pacvue's parent company, Assembly, took on the Pacvue name in March 2023, and Helium 10 is part of Pacvue. Pacvue serves enterprise brands and agencies, and describes Helium 10 as its solution for smaller businesses. Our Shurq vs Helium 10 page compares Shurq with that product.

Does Pacvue have an MCP server like Shurq?

Yes. Pacvue MCP connects Pacvue data to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients at no extra cost for customers. On 3 October 2026 it offered data and share of voice queries, with write access listed as in development. Shurq MCP has more than 1,000 tools and can also make changes, each one confirmed by you first.
